We are committed to protecting our only home - planet earth.

Parkour and l’art du déplacement are diciplines deeply rooted in values like respect, integrity and responsibility. These values are increasingly essential to the Street Movement community and our activities, especially as we grow, change and evolve.

We realise that things like the production and distribution of our clothing and merchandise has an impact on the planet. We are far from perfect, but we try our hardest to keep improving day by day - it starts with taking responsibility and giving back. That’s why we have joined 1% for the Planet, pledging to donate 1% of annual sales from our clothing and merchandise, to support nonprofit organizations focused on the environment. We are hoping to be able to expand this commitment to other areas of our business in the future.

Currently, only 3% of total philanthropy goes to the environment and, only 3% of that comes from businesses. The planet needs bigger support than this, and our growing network of member businesses is doing its valuable part to increase giving and support on the ground outcomes.
We’re excited to welcome Street Movement to our global movement of over 1,800 businesses,
— Kate Williams, CEO of 1% for the Planet

By contributing 1% of their annual sales, over 1800 1% for the Planet members from 45 different companies have raised over $200 million to support approved environmental non-profits around the globe. Nonprofits are approved based on referrals, track record and environmental focus. Thousands of nonprofits worldwide are currently approved.

About 1% for the Planet

1% for the Planet is a global organization that connects dollars and doers to accelerate smart environmental giving. Through our business and individual memberships, 1% for the Planet inspires people to support environmental organizations through annual membership and everyday actions. We advise on giving strategies, we certify donations and we amplify the impact of the network.

Started in 2002 by Yvon Chouinard, founder of Patagonia, and Craig Mathews, founder of Blue Ribbon Flies, our members have given more than $200 million to environmental nonprofits to date. Today, 1% for the Planet is a network of more than 1,800 member businesses, a new and expanding core with hundreds of individual members, and thousands of nonprofit partners in more than 60 countries.
