Product and merchandise returns and refunds:
We offer a satisfaction guarantee - If you're not satisfied with a product you have recieved, send us an e-mail telling us why and we'll send you instructions for returning the item, and make sure that you get the full amount refunded!
Return items must be unused, in original packaging and in same condition as when recieved to be eligible for a refund - that goes for shoeboxes as well. We recommend wrapping everything securely and posting them via a trackable service. Refunds will not be made until we receive the item - if you need another size and don’t want to wait for your refund, simply go ahead and place a new order from the store.
Unfortunately we cannot cover shipping charges for refunds.
Damaged or worn goods will not be refunded.
Events that run several consecutive days:
All consecutive days event signups are fully refundable up until 14 days before the event.
All consecutive days event signups are 50% refundable 7-14 days before the event.
All consecutive days event signups are non-refundable less than 7 days before the event.
One-day / one-session events:
We offer a satisfaction guarantee on our monthly events - If you're not satisfied with an event you participated in, send us an e-mail telling us why and we will make sure that you get the full amount refunded!
All services and products are charged in DKK via Visa / Master / Discover / Amex cards
At this point our platform is not yet geared to handle Dankort. We're looking into this and Dankort payments might be available in the near future - you can use Visa/Dankort, of course. All event sign-ups are final and non refundable 7 days before the event.

In case an event is canceled or a peoduct is not in stock, even if the system shows differently, an e-mail notification will be sent out and the full amount will be refunded.
Participation in our events:
Any participation in our events are at the participants own responsibility. Street Movement cannot be made responsible for any injuries to a participant or any damage the participant may cause themselves, others or proporty. When signing up for a special event the participant accepts these terms.
The use of personal information:
Any private or personal information provided by the participant is strictly for internal use by Street Movement and will only be used to provide the best possible service and experience for the participant. The information will not be passed on to third parties.
